Chromotica Privacy Policy

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Chromotica, a Windows application provided by TINMOON.
Information collected or shared
Chromotica does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information, usage data, device identifiers, location data, or other user data. The app has no account system, advertising, analytics, or cloud synchronization.
Information stored on the device
Color specimens and settings are stored locally in the user’s Windows app data folder. Chromotica does not transmit this information externally.
Files selected by the user
Only when the user chooses to create a backup, restore a backup, or export an HTML catalog does the app read or write a file selected through a Windows file dialog. Chromotica does not transmit these files externally.
Files after uninstalling
Uninstalling Chromotica does not automatically delete backup files or HTML catalogs exported by the user. The user can remove those files whenever they choose.
Changes
If the app’s functionality or handling of information changes, this policy and its effective or last-updated date will be revised.
