Qippo Privacy Policy

Overview
Qippo is a local Windows app for reviewing and organizing images and videos on the user's own PC.
Information collected or transmitted
Qippo does not transmit personal information, usage data, images, videos, file names, or viewing history to the developer or to an external service. It contains no advertising, analytics, telemetry, user accounts, or cloud synchronization.
Access to local files
Qippo displays supported files directly inside a folder explicitly selected by the user. Delete sends the selected file to the Windows Recycle Bin. Number keys 1–9 move the selected file to a folder explicitly assigned by the user.
Settings stored on the PC
Qippo stores the interface language, navigation keys, end-of-video behavior, seek interval, sort order, image double-click behavior, and destination folder paths assigned to number keys 1–9 locally on the user's PC. It does not save viewed source folders, viewed file names, selection positions, or thumbnails as viewing history.
External services
The Qippo app does not connect to external services. A distribution store, the operating system, or a support channel selected by the user may be governed by its own privacy policy.
Information handled through inquiries
When you contact us, we may receive information you voluntarily provide, including your email address, name or display name, message, attachments, and other information. We use this information to receive and review inquiries, provide a reply or conduct an investigation when appropriate, and prevent abuse. Information received through an inquiry is retained for no longer than one year from the date it is received and is then deleted. It may be retained longer when required to comply with law or to handle a dispute.
Support response
We accept inquiries, but we do not guarantee an individual reply, investigation, fix, feature addition, or response to a request.
Changes
This policy will be updated before a release that changes how information is handled.
