License Terms

RUNEEE License Terms

Effective date: October 4, 2026

These terms apply to the direct editions of RUNEEE distributed through BOOTH and itch.io. Unless separate additional terms are provided in Microsoft Store, the Store edition is licensed under Microsoft's Standard Application License Terms.

License grant

TINMOON grants each person who obtains RUNEEE a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on Windows PCs controlled by that person or their organization. Both personal and business use are permitted.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or misrepresent the origin of the software or a copy of it. Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

Rights reserved

Rights in RUNEEE and its names, images, and documentation belong to TINMOON or their respective rights holders. Rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

Other apps and services

RUNEEE launches other applications chosen by the user. Those applications, Windows, Microsoft Store, BOOTH, itch.io, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms.

Warranty and liability

RUNEEE is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TINMOON does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with every environment. For important work, verify registrations and launch results yourself.

Updates and availability

TINMOON may update RUNEEE to correct issues or improve features. These terms do not guarantee a particular update schedule, perpetual availability, or support for every older environment.

Governing law

Except where mandatory law or consumer-protection rules take precedence, these terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
